At Island Way Boutique, we’re excited to get your new pieces on their way to you!

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–8 business days for your order to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

In-Store Pickup

Local to Venice? Free in-store pickup is available at checkout.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready to be picked up at our downtown Venice boutique. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before coming to the store.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Island Way Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help however we can.
